Ive always had a fear of ghosts and thinks happeniong to me during my sleep after i watched paranormal activity.. Sounds stupid but i have to sleep with my TV on or with some source of light as i now hate pure darkness

It's like that for me too. When I go to the bathroom around midnight, it's really dark. I always look through bedroom doors just to see if anything is there!
