Technically no, GDDR5 RAM is faster than DDR3. It may not be that big of a difference but yeah, technically the PS4 has slightly better hardware.

Let's Begin:
1) PS4 has better hardware and will have significantly better graphics.
2) User-friendly interface with communities similar steam communities to hook up with new people to play with
3) Record Video and Stream to UStream but an exclusive feature is that players will be to take control of your game from the stream if you give them permission to.
4) PS+: While required you do get many free stuff such as free games every month, big discounts etc. etc.
5) Exclusives: This is for you to decided to see if you actually like certain games or not, most of the games showed off aren't really exclusives except for Ryse: Son of Rome, Halo, Sunset Overdrive, Project Spark and Dead Rising 3. All other games shown will be on the PS4 so you can decide that.

Deep Down
Diablo 3
Knack
The Witness
Dying Light
Warframe
Planetside 2

You can decide from that. These are my personal opinions but hopefully this will help you on what you want for next-gen.

Also to add to that, Destiny. It's not a PS4 exclusive cause it comes for PS4, X1 & X360, but Destiny DLC is first on PS4 & comes later for Xbox.

- Indie game (lets be honest, they all usually suck and are dirt cheap)
- You have ever played an Oddysey game <3 one of the best games ever
- Like DayZ, as it is exclusive to PS4
- Like Don't Starve
- Don't have $100 more

Otherwise Xbox One. More exclusives. Built in multitasking. The option to become a full time streamer.

You are beyond stupid.. Where do I start with you

-Both consoles have multitasking
-The PS4 has a share button on the controller and you can upload your recordings to more than just twitch.tv
-It's not just indie games that the lack of self publishing weeds out of the Xbone, it's new companies as well and all companies are new at some point
-Destiny (made by bungie which was a xbox exclusive company for over 10 years) is coming out for both consoles and giving exclusives to PS4 and not Xbone
