I was just thinking since we need the actual disk for playing games on the xbox one so basically searching for a game while playing a different game will be most likely out of the question.

Anyway do you think you should still be able to install a game to your hard drive and then only have to put the disk in once every 24 hours so that the xbox registers that you actually have the game? So that means you could put whatever games you wanted to play that day in your disk drive and then you could still search while playing a different game.

No, you can easily cheat the system by this. So I have a copy, install it and put it in one time, take it out, give it to my brother so we can play it together, then repeat the process.

You make a good point, but maybe that disk can only work on that console?

It works just as it always has, you put the disk in (not sure if install is even mandatory anymore now no DRM), you play the game. No disk, no gaming for you.
