Delta Force is a committed and organised police role play clan on GTA TBOGT on Xbox 360. We have highly skilled individuals within the clan who train others to high standards. We have many opportunities including leadership and trainer opportunities.
We have changed our structure. We now are one big team, however each individual can use each qualification they gain. Below is a list of qualifications you can gain within Delta Force.

Driver Training

Within Delta Force, you should keep your vehicle in neat working order to ensure that you can participate in all that goes on. When driving as a police officer, you should drive for the AIs, defensively. Throughout Driver Training, you will learn the basic practices when driving to ensure that you remain in control of your vehicle at all times. You will learn to manoeuvre smoothly and calmly.

Advanced Driver Training

For those who are interested and up for challenges. Throughout ADT, you will be challenged with off-road and poor road conditions to better your skills.

Emergency Medical Services

EMS is for those who will respond to requests for help. You will be dispatched to incidents which could involve just 1 person or a number of persons. You will not always know what you are going to and therefore you need to be able to think on your feet.

Prisoner Transport

Prisoner Transport is used to free up Police Officers time. You will be dispatched to pick up prisoners and transport them to prison. You will be required to watch the prisoners when they are in prison and you will be required to release them.

Firearms

Within Delta Force, you must use your firearm correctly. For those who fail to justify their actions of their use of their firearm, you will be required to go through training to ensure that you fully understand the correct procedures related to firearm usage.

Air Support

As a Air Support Officer, you will provide an aerial support to the officers on the ground, you must be highly motivated and skilled and able to maintain good concentration at all times. Throughout this training you will learn our, take off and landing procedures along with altitude and manoeuvres training. You will also be trained in radio communications and pursuits.

Control

Control, the most important role within a patrol. Control is described by the Commissioner as A Chess Player. Because as control, you are the one who is moving the officers to the location you want them to be at. You are responsible for authorising officers to continue with the incident they are on scene at. You must have excellent voice communication skills and able to multi task and manage a team. As control you out rank every person within a patrol with the exception of Commissioner and Deputy Commissioners. Training will also involved on the job experience. In addition, you must be able to give orders to higher ranking officers then yourself.

Incident Commander

Incident Commander (GOLD) is part of the Major Incident structure. When at a major Incident occurs, the GOLD commander must react quickly ensuring that teams are organised and a strategy is formed. You must ensure that teams follow orders, you allocate teams the right responsibilities. Your aim is to ensure the incident is solved as quickly and safely as possible.

Here at Delta Fore, we listen to members to ensure that all are treated fairly and that everyone is having fun. Each member can make a suggestion without any negative criticism or a plain NO being given. Each idea is discussed between senior officers, on several occasions, the Commissioner has authorised a trail run, where the person who suggested the idea has to implement it. All decisions made for Delta Force is in the best interest of the clan. This clan will work, and we will be a long term success because we have a good strong team.

Delta Force is a very popular clan, people often come to Delta Force after being in a clan which has failed, or they dont like the way its run. Well Delta Force is happy to accept those people as we are a clan who enjoys working together to develop it. As said above, members ideas are given a trial and those who suggest ideas get the credit.

Rank Structure:

Our Rank Structure is currently formed in a particular way which ensures that all officers have roles and responsibilities. Within Delta Force Rank means something. Having a rank within Delta Force, gives that person leadership duties and responsibility for ensuring that they support members. Rank can be taken away quicker than its given. As a officer within Delta Force, you have a duty of care to those below your rank, you must ensure that you reprimand and support where necessary.
