That seems pretty reasonable but I think Arsenal and Liverpool still have a good chance if they sign the right Playrs...

Arsenal maybe, but personally I think Liverpool have dropped off. Suarez is going to be out of the door soon. Then you have no one who's really that good, except Gerrard and Sterling. I think Liverpool will just about get top 10

Wee have coutinho, Sterling to me wont help much till a few years down the line, If Suarez then will have like 50-60 mill to spend on Talent

I'd say its between Man United and Chelsea considering they've got the "Special one" back. Moyes is a good manager, took Everton to the champions league twice with hardly any budget. With years to come, Man United youths will only develop better, they all have great potential.

I agree fully with this celsea under Jose will be unstoppable and the top 4 will be as you put it but i think arsenal could be in with a chance if they get fellaini and higuain
