It looks like everything except the rep has been discussed. Rep is earned by making good posts. Rep Power is how much rep you can give to some1. The highest for members is 25. The highest for Gold is 50. Every 100 Rep is 1 Rep Power. And every 30 or 40 Posts is. U click the blue scale in the bottom right to give.

To get pics onto your topic from your computer, upload to something like photobucket or imageshack, one of those sites. Then when its uploaded copy the link to the picture, hit the image button (Inbetween insert email and insert flash file) and paste the link.

Rep is earned by posting, and others can give it to you if you make helpful posts and such,

yes others can take away rep from you, if they give you negative rep, if you make a bad post, or something against the rules.. etc.
