Okay so i hope people wont take the pi** out of me for this but i require help,

I am currently 16 and at 13 stonnes but i wanna drop to around 12 stonne and get a decent body with good muscle mass.

I dont really have the access to these weight loss stuff e.g. pills etc

But i can go gym around four times a week but dont know what to do.

I was kinda hoping someone could please help me out with some excersizes and tips e.g. food etc it would be greatly appreciated

Also some good workout tunes would be appreciated also. If i had paypal i would offer money but i do not.

. Start Eating Tuna after you get out from the gym and a protein shake.

. Never Beyond your weight when your lifting.

. Don't Eat BAD foods un-less it's ONLY once in a while.

Trust me, you do not need pills. I lost 60 pounds over the past year and a half without any weight loss pills. The key to losing weight is eating in a caloric deficit (less calories in than your body burns). Do some trial and error, figure out how many calories you need to eat daily, and eat 300-500 calories less. On top of that, do low intensity cardio for 20-30 minutes a day (brisk walk on treadmill). Trust me do this and the weight will start dropping like crazy, Good luck to you sir!
P.S. I would incorporate weight training with your cardio, very beneficial.

Why would you not want to lift heavier than your body weight? When you build muscle mass, your metabolism burns more calories daily, aiding in weight loss. OP, lift heavy. Eat clean.

Like above. You need to find out your metabolic rate (which means how many calories your body needs for all the cells to carry out chemical reactions).
So basically you eat less calories than your metabolic rate, so your body is forced to get rid of excess cells that the chemical reactions cannot be carried out for. Which will be fat cells.
If you do this you will definitely lose weight.
For faster weight loss, do this and do a small amount if intense training (cardio).

I am a dietitian and if you need further help ask you can ask me. Working out is usually a slower way to lose weight BUT it dramatically increases the speed you lose weight when following a diet. A lot of people will do a low carb diet, with lots of protein which works for me but it my not for you. [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] Is a website where you can put down your info, 13 stonnes is around 182 pounds and 12 is 168 pounds. It will tell you what you can eat daily. Which may also help. A lot of people will think they aren't eating a lot, but they don't realize they are until they start righting it down. Going to the gym works to put on muscle mass of course. So, thats what I can supply you with and if you need in depth help or answers pm me.

Well damn, I forgot about metabolic rate. I have a slow as hell one it's very hard for me to lose weight. This is something you must also learn and eat less calories than your metabolic rate as it says above.
