So my cousin came over to my house today and asked if he could make his new steam account on my computer I said yes and now I'm a limited member, and all I do is play free games so I can't add people now or chat so I was just wondering if anyone could gift a SUPER cheap game or the cheapest game so I can get it back, thanks. Sorry, that's my foolishness showing there, I've added you so that I can check when you're online but I'm not sure if you can trade when not friends.

Edit:
I can't trade directly through Steam, but if you give me your email address then I can email a copy to you, hopefully that might activate your account.
