That psu is enough to run those parts.

OP list all of your parts and we can recommend a good power supply. Also if you give us your model/make of your current one we can rate that.

Have you looked up how you can run the powersupply out of your rig with the paperclip trick? It may be worth doing that.

That should be fine for a system like that. Test your power supply out of the system then you rule that out too.

First thing is make sure EVERYTHING is plugged in. A lot of people have me fix their custom PCs and they will forget to plug in something. When you turn on the power, does the PC fans spin and keep spinning or turn off?

I have tested the PSU on another computer and it worked fine. The fans turn on for a split second, and then just turn back off, i have made sure everything is plugged in and that it is in the correct position. I have put together a couple of pcs so not totally new to the wiring. Is there a way to test the mobo to see if its bad?

I would say try a different power supply in the PC and see if it boots. Also, is it plugged into a monitor? If so does anything show up?

It sounds like the power is getting cut off. Have you tried a different outlet? Also, are you running a GPU? If so what GPU

I have tried a different outlet, and the GPU I am using is a Radeon HD 7850 just one.
