The Xbox Enforcement Team will not give any kind of suspension for no reason. They email you have received with the ban is correct.

If you think this is some sort of mistake, you will need to contact Xbox Customer Support about this issue. The ban may be irreversible.

by the ban reason it seems you at least participated in a modded lobby or have download ISO's and such or had some sort explicit content in your videos in some game.

If you didn't mod, you were probably banned for doing a glitch. "Exploiting game bugs or glitches"

If you have messages of asking for lobbies or anything about anything modded, they will ban you for that. I got banned for people asking me for lobbies when I told them I can't do them. (a lie)
