To mod mw3 you need an online RGH/JTAG and mw3 tools which u can find on google but to take you RGH/JTAG online you would have to pay just go to thetechgame.org. Once u do take it online. You type the IP address for you modified console and connect and you'll be able to mod your profile such as prestige tokens, Rank, Unlock all, etc.

Jtag Plugin and the xrpc and the rpc plugin man and then there you go
