I am a little bored ATM, so thought I would try to get some feedback on the rig that I built myself!

CPU Cooler | Corsair H100i

Thank you! Built it 9th of May. It is working great yes, it averages around 125 FPS in Battlefield 3 while recording in 1080p at the same time!

It's overpriced!

There's no need for the expensive motherboard as you're using one card and your CPU is only overclocked to 4.4.

The 7970 is generally a much better buy than the 680. However, there are still some reasons you'd want a 680 instead.

860w is insane overkill for a single 680 and even excessive for two of them. The AX####i series is very nice, but you can get the same performance and quality for much less.
