I made this pc for around 700$ dollars

Processor- AMD FX-8120 3.1 GHz Black Edition
Motherboard- ASRock 970DE3
RAM- 8Gb Kingston HyperX 1600 MHz
GPU- GIGABYTE GTX 650 Ti 2GB DDR5 Overclocked
PSU- Diablotek 650 watts 80 plus
HDD: Western Digital 500GB 7200rpm Sata 3
Case- NZXT Gamma Classic
Running on Windows 7

I rate it 9\10 I would give it a 10\10 but the processor is a little overkill for the parts you got.

The processor is no where near over kill for the other parts, where did you come up with that thought?

If you didn't really understand components then I can see where he'd get it from, he probably just assumed that it's a good CPU because it has 8 cores, silly misconception honestly, performs like a quad core.

You could have done better for $700 and I strongly suggest replacing that power supply ASAP. An Antec VP-450, Corsair CX430, or XFX Core 450w would be plenty for this build.

Unfortunately i have one from early last year and at stock its a horrible processor...truly horrible. You only really get decent performance over 4Ghz.
