I think Ashe is a very easy champ. Her Q is a toggle, her W can basically never miss, her E is a point and shoot, and same with her R.

I would have to go with Trundle, i bought him on Tuesday (sale ) he's very easy to play, counters quite a few champions and can get really tanky, can go top or jungle. I like to build tanky AP because his Q which is a bite, heals you and does amazing damage, his W gives him movement speed 350-450 and gives attack damage and speed, his E is annoying for the other team and you because i you miss place the ice barrier you can loose your enemy, i hope i helped

I like Ryze a lot. I tend to not use him because I really hate mid lane.

Abbreviate wrote Yeah I'd agree with Master Yi, however Blitzcrank is kinda OP in ARAM.

I was gonna say Blitz but he takes time to learn

Not really...
Just buy some Mana, Cooldown reduction and a bit tanky/ap.

Pull people, use your E to get them in the air and use your ultimate to Silence them.
Cooldown on Ulti is only 28 sec so you can just spam it around.

easiest, sejuani because really strong and tanky if built right and can "literally" role your face and the key board and manage to kill some kills

Akali is strong if she gets the first kill, an ult which dives at people with fairly decent distance that can be used up to 3 times consecutively with a 1-2 second cooldown can be really annoying when you're trying to escape. Hence the reason why she's my favorite champion to play mid.
