Well obviously the PVR is one, Elgato is another common one. I have a PVR (the blue one) and it works fine for me.

In my opinion, I believe the HD PVR 2 is the best way to record gameplay. It is a little bit of money though.

The HD PVR 2 is a bit expensive but it is amazing quality wise.

I would suggest an HD PVR2 or an elgato.

I have the HD PVR 1 and I have never had any problems.
It also has very good quality.

Roxio HD pro. I have it and it's quality is just as clear as any other one and its the cheapest. GO to [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and look at some of our videos. They were all recorded with the Roxio HD Pro, besides the throwbacks episodes, which were with the Roxio Standard.

I use a HD PVR and I love it, its a bit of a hassle to hook up but once you're done it will be nothing but perfect recording

I would have to go with Elgato. I have an HD PVR 2 and it's okay, but elgato is cheaper and same quality.
