I power the Kinect and it flashes green and then goes to red. I know this isn't the correct forum to put this in but I have not gotten any help from the other forums.

Power Your console down then unplug your kinect and plug it back in for 45 seconds if this doesn't work please get back to me

if you want to try this do it but it might not work
unplug your Kinect for 24 hours then plug it back in

Okay try waiting longer when it is unplugged then try to calibrate it?
