Why the hell didn't it reset my deaths, losses and time played. I'm level 10 and I've played 1d 9h 50m, Thats not right, I also have a 0.01 kd and a 0.02 w.l ratio, plus on top of that a 4 spm.

Why has this happened?? I was only issued a first degree ban.

Even when you get banned or reset, it doesn't reset your losses or deaths. I've been reset on two other accounts and my losses and deaths were not reset.

Ok, but why is it that when I asked Activision is it that they said it was FULL reset as if I just brought the game, Like a fresh start with no title.
