is this pc good and will it play minecraft,black ops 2 and maybe cod ghosts and be able to record minecraft

I wouldnt buy this PC and i wouldn't buy from ViBox at all if i was you. With that kinda of money you can build a really nice Intel gaming rig that will run twice the amount of games that that PC will run.

No just no .... that card wouldnt play most new games on high plus just build one you get the parts cheaper and you pick what go's into it
