Ishcabible wrote I like them less for electronic, won't be as good for gaming. They have their place, and I almost recommended them, but the CAL is better for what you want.

Also, I just got my vTrues today. They certainly look like the $400 they list for, and they sound very dark. I can even venture to say I like them.

Are they as heavy as they look? They remind me of the Denon D7100.

They're quite heavy. I didn't even bother bringing them with me on the plane because of how cumbersome they are. I opened them up and the cups are actually made of aluminum too.

I want headphones that have clear quality, but bother your ears after a short period of time.

Xeport 3010 is clear and they're pretty unobtrusive.

V-moda LP is VERY bassy. Some find them much too bassy for comfort. There's also the XB700 from Sony similar story there. For something less bassy relatively, try the Ultrasone HFI580, M-audio Q40 too.

XB700 is known as head pillows and the V-moda I personally like in terms of comfort, but your mileage may vary.

Or something that sounds better but is less comfortable: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Also @r00t, I now have two pairs of vTrues and both pairs sound slightly different in the mids. The old pair is a bit more distant, and it isn't expectation bias because switching them around I can tell the difference every time. Also, I'm trading my Fostex for a surprise headphone.

Budget: 200$ USD

Music preferences: Rap, Dubstep, R&B

Type/form-factor: On Ear

Open or closed: Closed

Listening from: iPod, Galaxy S4

Details:
Preferably Wireless but not a big deal.
Please portable
And have it look half decent please?
I really want strong and crisp bass. But I don't want it to overpower the lyrics and the rest of the music, and for it to be comfortable. I would also like a universal control I guess it's called? The thing where you press the button and it pauses, plays, skips, etc...

And if no one finds headphones I would like I would probably get [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
For technical details it says "Wireless-Feature" I don't see anything showing that it is wireless? So what is this "Wireless feature" it is talking about? And does anyone know if this headset is any good? Thank you

Wireless really isn't ideal. It tends to much up sound. The M80 is the best option I can think of.
