Pretty sure it's not possible anymore, not sure what's the reason why, but you just can't do it.

im pretty sure people just dont bother trying to mod that game anymore

Hehe you'd be surprised if you Search 50 High in MLG, I always see streams where there is someone on the other team who has a flaming helmet, starts off with Rockets and a Sniper, and has an aimbot with unlimited ammo.
