I'm not too sure...
It's a divine stroke of luck that Earth exists where it does in the state that it does.
It's said that if you stretched a measuring tape from one side of the Milky Way to the other then used the centre of it as a marker for 'Gravity' in the current Universe, changing Gravity by 1mm on that scale would mean that Earth wouldn't exist.

Unless the Universe is infinite, meaning an infinite number of possibilities, I can't see this happening.
Then again there's the possibility of a Multi-verse, in which case, not only is there an identical Earth out there somewhere, there's one where you just won the lottery.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that yes, for sure they are. I don't doubt it at all.

Whether it more advanced or not I think there is some kind of planet like ours, actually, I think there is more than one.

What happens when anything is cluttered, close together? It causes problems. Think of a football or soccer pitch, what would happen if there was 50+ players on the pitch, moves would not go as swiftly, players would not be able to showcase their skill as much as they would with 20 players on the pitch.

The same with planets, they are spread apart, if you're asking how/why? No one knows, and if they find out, they won't find out for a long time! But they're spread around too avoid trouble.

If aliens visit us, the outcome would be much as when Columbus landed in America, which didn't turn out well for the Native Americans - Stephen Hawking
