I know I'm not the first or last to tell you this, but BUILD A PC. You will gain computer knowledge, and save money. You can do a cheap build for around $500 (Use google to convert to Euros, Pounds, Etc). KBMOD has different price range builds every month. Check out Newegg for deals on Parts and accessories.

I hate to argue, but unless you plan on playing simple indie games and low graphic games, you're looking for a lot more than $400. Buying a PC made for more than browsing, is going to cost you at least twice as much, while building could cost you about %25 more.

I'm not building a pc. I don't really intend to use it for gaming, just normal use, and recording xbox 360 gameplay.
