Your list is pretty accurate. Only changes to make is put Wayne in the best and remove 2 Chainz from the worst. 2 Chainz is the best worst rapper ever if that makes since. He boarders shear stupidity in his lyrics but still makes it work or be slightly humorous. He can sell some records too(and birdz)

That's what I'm saying! He was good but after he noticed "It don't matter what i put out, People will buy what ever I put out." Then he started being garbage.

Lil Wayne before the Carter 3 would be on my top 10. After the Carter 4 He's #1 on my most hated. He just changed too much.

You are kidding right? He has always sounded like crap, and his lyrics about women, money, sex, are just too horrible.
