Probably but it will not be good.
As TVs are limited to 60Hz

so you could get 720p @ 60fps per eye
or 1080p @ 24fps per eye

There both bad, and terrible compared to PC 3D

yeah 3D Blurays will be fine, i thought you meant gaming.
Im not sure if it supports 3D Blurays though

No because one of the reasons HDTV's are limited to 60Hz is because of the HDMI Standards.
It does not have enough bandwidth to pass through all the data along with the audio

120Hz Monitors use DL-DVI or DisplayPort, and only HDMI is on the Xbox One

Anyway the hardware is not good enough, most of the games on the the xbox one are only 1080p at 30fps which is pretty poor, and 720p @ 60fps

It will probley be just like the 360, Its not a requirement but its up too the game developers

Yes, XB1 supports 3D as well as 4k.

The PS3 has 3D so it's possible.

Seeing as the 360 supports game specific 3D, and the dashboard settings have 3D options, then it is highly likely the xbone will have it
