I know you may not be able to but if I was you I'd go for the AMD-FX 8350 as it is the latest and best AMD CPU.

I wouldn't upgrade to the 8350, i'd take the 8320 in favour of the lower price and you can overclock it up to the 8350 range and get the same performance.

Also i'd get a different cooler if you want to overclock, possibly investing in a H100i, H80i (smaller) or Phanteks PC-TC14PE. Or if you aren't the stock cooler or Hyper 212 EVO will suffice.
