So I just got a great deal in a pvr and was wondering, does anyone have this one? If so what is your review on it, how does it work for you etc thanks

I have had it for at least 5 to 6 months and I like it a lot!

Is it the Hauppauge HD PVR 2: Gaming Edition?

Because if that's what you got, that's what I got

Also I have had mine for about 8 months and still does the job nicely.

I have one, its pretty good if you know what your doing, only thing that I would say is better is the Elgato

I have an Elgato and the only thing that it has on the HDPVR2 is the size and the software.

The Elgato is about the size of an iPhone 5 and the PVR2 is about the size of a VCR.
The Elgato's software is much better though, if you forget to record it has a timeline that you can go back and record.

Quality wise, both cards can do 1080i at 60 fps so they record the same, just don't forget to hit record. ;)
