so I keep trying to downgrade my iphone 4.its on 6.1.3 put I want 6.1.2 so I can jail break unteathered.

Try a differant usb port or just restart.

You cant downgrade from 6.1.3. Apple has stopped signing any software below 6.1.3 for the iPhone 4.
