You can only download dlc to your HDD

You can download dlc to any storage device.

Edit: By the way, if the DLC isn't showing up, I think I know your porblem. You need to download the new compatibility pack. It's in the downloadable content on the main menu.

I have tried to download the new comp pack several times, it finishes download then i check the store in the main menu and it stats it hasn't been downloaded, it is however on my HDD, all the DLC i bough today states it has been purchased but not installed when it is.
