So I Was Modding GTA IV And It Overheated With Player 1 & 3 Lights Flashing RED What Should I Do Now

Turn it off, let it cool down, then put a fan next to it when you turn it back on.

I Wasn't Even On It That Long But I Thort It Took About 6Hours To Overheat Because Its A Falcon And Its Got 12v Modded Fans

1st turning it off won't do anything its overheating cause you need to apply new thermal paste. Open it up remove heatsinks clean it up real good and replace the paste and you will be golden.

Hmm well then it may have been applied with cheap paste.Or you just have one of those slow death consoles.

exactly - Its most likely been gamed alot and thermal paste is dried to a crisp.
After time the thermal paste turns almost solid and does nothing to conduct heat, and you need to replace it.
