If you really need to settle it with violence just do it. Not in school though. If that's where the warnings are from. If you have warnings from the law and a criminal record, don't do it. Get someone else too

i feel like i should, and the warnings are from school, i could get someone else to do it in school but i wouldnt really get any satisfaction, and i live like 10miles(alot in the UK) away from him and hes only allowed out from 12 til 7

beat him up (and spit in his face ;) ) teach him that he is messing with the wrong person
then if teachers come shouting at you tell them he was making fun of your family who have died .
i got isolated for a week once and the reason why is because some guy who hates me said to the teacher i beat him up when i never touched him and the teachers believed him instead of me (i beat him up after school though, i roundhouse kicked him in the face and knocked out his front tooth lol, he ran home crying and never messed with me again...)

If you don't want him to bother you, go up to him and star rubbing your nipp1es. If he doesn't leave you alone, he is gay
