Is there any other way to get the mods without hotswapping and if not is there any way to hotswap with opening my Xbox 360 slim

There are way to get mods without hotswaping but they also require you to open your xbox, and no you cannot hotswap without opening your xbox.

You need to open your xbox to hotswap. Other than that, You can play with USB mods offline or you can get a Jtag.

I'm sure you mean "Without" so no not online but you can use a USB to mod offline.
