Eat lots of protein to build muscle and eat carbs for energy. Eating the carbs will let you work out longer because you have those sugars for energy. Good luck man.

Well don't eat at fast food places because their food is very thin. Have a lot of homecooked meals and try for 3-4 meals a day everyday. That will help gain weight. Then I'd say go to mensfitness.com and look for some workouts there. I've done this and I gained 5 pounds and 10 pounds of muscle in a month Im 16 and was 150 now Im 165

I'm 16 and I've been doing it for 3yrs. I've gained over 80lbs in the last 3yrs I went from skinny to good not ripped but good.

I just eat a lot. always eat. Eat AFTER right after you lift. Protein and stuff is good but it's not the whole thing. Don't lift the same area two days in a row or that'll just screw you over. Give your body time to build the muscles you broke down back up. If you don't feel sore the day after lifting you aren't doing it right. Push yourself.

For me i started two years ago;starting point to gain muscle try 20 calories per pound of bodyweight. For example, a 150-pound male would need, 3000-calories a day. To gain muscle weight, eat 6-8 meals each day. You will utilize nutrients better with smaller, more frequent meals.

Don't listen to the people telling you to take Muscle Milk or drink Vanilla protein. Those are the worst.

Either go with Marked, or Opitmum Nutrition.
