can you get the ray gun mark 2 out of the box cuz i just tryed for like a hour and no luck

No you can't they only had it in for about 30 miniutes to test the textures of the gun in the new maps and then took it out so dont waste your time

If you play local with your internet connection turned off yes.

They only released a hotfix which you download when you connect to LIVE, take out the LIVE and the hotfix is gone.
