I'm sorry, this was my fault... sometimes it takes forever for ysolda to catch up and disappears so when you put in the codes, she wasnt loaded. There's a 2 sets of codes in the file, one is if the AV codes didnt work and you need to target her [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

There IS a way to add perk points, but not using the console commands. I utilize a trainer program to add them. I think Lycos forgot about it, but I only add 170, because anything more than that can sometimes break a save. To get the extra perk points, Legendary a skill and you will have enough then.
