Plug into my PC:
1. Screem flashes when i hit the power button
2. The following pops up. "Bootloader 30.04 ... low battery cannot program." Or "bootloader 30.04 ... okay to program. "

If you have any suggestions or any idea on how to fix this please comment or pm me. Thanks guys!!

Have you been messing around flashing Roms, unlocking your bootloader or anything similar recently?
I've had a few similar looking errors by flashing bad Roms to my droid Razr!

Nope. It just randomly started doing that a few weeks ago. Never tried to root it or anything.

First try getting your device into recovery mode.
Follow these steps..
1. Turn Droid 2 Off
2. Press 'X' on the physical keyboard and then Press and HOLD Power button until the Exclamation Point/Android picture shows(after motorola symbol).
3. To access menu options Press the "Search" button depicted by the Magnifying glass on the Keyboard and the menu items will show up.
4. Browse options with the Volume Up and Volume Down keys and select option with the Camera button all on side.

If it goes into recovery then do a factory/data reset and see if it will boot after that. All of your data will be gone but lets be honest, if you cant access it now anyway its already gone.

If it doesnt do that then you can try to reflash it with RSDlite but do alot of research before because its very easy to brick your phone. Ive never used it successfully.

Good luck, got any questions let me know.

Those instructions were for the droid 2, I had instructions for the X first then reread your post and thought you had a Droid 2. Didnt even notice what phone you had in the video

Heres the recovery combo for the X...

1. Turn your phone off.
2. Hold down Home and press the Power button there at the top. Hold them until the Motorola logo appears
3. Release the Power button, but continue to hold the Home button until you see an exclamation mark (!)
4. Release the Home button and press the Search key once (and only once!)

And X2 just in case...

Power down your Droid X2
Push and hold Power + Volume Down while powering up, until "Fast Boot" appears at the top of the screen, then release both buttons.
Push Volume Down 7 times to scroll to "Android Recovery"
Push Volume Up to select.
Push and hold Volume Up + Volume Down to access the Recovery Menu.

Hope this helps.

i like to think im a sort of android master so heres what you need to do.....download RSDLite

Link to RSDLite : [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

download an sbf (pretty much an image of your phone, this is a restore file) corresponding to your phone make/model and android version...in this case a droid x

the process to fix the phone is here....

your are essentially wiping your phone clean, deleting everything and starting fresh. ive done this probably 100s of times and can tell you its the correct way to go. let me know how it goes
