The biggest tip someone could get for anything about trading in life is.
Think about how what you're buying will benefit you later on in the game or in life.

10K isn't exactly alot though, you could make 10k trading easily, but then scamming for 10k that is just pathetic..

i never did scam him, he scammed me for 10k but then again it doesn't bother me. He's accusing me because he thinks i was going to report him.

Best trading tip is mass bidding.
Example:
A players Cheapest BIN on the market is 20k, Just bid on 18k because of EA tax.
