My first question is what kind of ban will you get if any and also does anyone host a free legit mw3 mod menu ? Any replies would be appreciated thanks

Depending. If you don't buy a KV or XBLs you could get console banned and/or if you ISO mod which only works on Spec ops or whatever it's called and The story mode.
