I have recently sold an iTunes gift card on ebay. The buyer after receiving the code through ebay message claimed (You have received a payment that we believe may not have been authorized by the PayPal account holder.) Now the funds are put on hold and he already used the code. Is it likely I will be able to get my money? What steps should I take to be most likely to receive payment? I have already uploaded a screenshot of the message in which I sent the code as proof of shipment is this good? will this work? please help I am new to this.

You will get your money back. You just have to be patient. That screenshot will help and so will any other proof.

You should also report him on eBay, they will most likely help you on getting your money also.

You can take a picture of the conversation you had with the buyer if you still have it. You just have to wait for your money to get off hold. It has happened to me plenty of times and I always got my money back.

I would call eBay up. This is why I hate eBay the scammers and people who buy off you and try to get their money back dven though they got what was listed there are crazy people on this world.
