Does anyone know what the teddy bear on top of the box does?

people are saying 2 things about it, 1. that it makes the box give you better guns or 2. it cost less to open the box

The teddy bear on top of the box is a new perma perk. Im not sure how to get it but it is supposed to give you better weapons out of the box.

to get the perma perk you have to keep hitting the box and taking the gun and repeating.

It doesnt reduce the price of the box.

if you give lerroy candy when the teddy bear is on the box he will hit the box down and the box will stay there the rest of the game
