I got banned for 2 weeks because of communications does anyone know how to get unbanned help please, I can't send messages, join party's, etc.

No way to bypass the ban, just have to wait until its over. I would suggest making a new xbl account if you really need to talk to your friends over xbl, or just skype with them.

But it's stupid...if I didn't get put in matches with 5 year olds that scream the whole time this wouldn't have happened

It doesn't matter how old they are man. Sure it's not the best parenting to allow their kids on XBL at such a young age but different people have different circumstances. You shouldn't of been violent/aggressive to whoever you were talking to.
There is no way to get un-suspended. I would recommend muting them next time because believe it or not all people need to do is call Microsoft and tell them someone is sending you messages they have offended you and they will tell you to keep the message and they will send a report to the enforcement team "the guy who was in the wrong/you will get suspended".
It's much better to ignore them. Sure ive had arguments with people but all they need is recorded proof and it's over.
