Do you need the season pass to buy the ultimate vault hunter thing that comes with the 11+ level thing?

im just concerned because when it i try to buy it it says "do not buy this item if you do not have the season pas as you will be charged twice" or something like that

If you have bought the season pass for borderlands 2 you can download all of the DLC`s for "free"(-25%)! If you don`t have the season pass you have to buy all the DLC`s and the level cap!

Best to get it now whilst its on sale, because it is dirt cheap at the moment
