If you preorder blackops 2 xbox 360 you will be able to use that disc for xbox one because it has playback to play any other xbox games. hope i helped

extra: On xbox one you will be able to speak to people on ps4 but not play with them on games.

Everyone has been talking about this over xbl and this gamer i know got in to some information on xbox one, sorry for no solid proof
