Search up reviews of the games they tell you to buy and see if its expensive or not, tell them your parents wont let you buy the game. Also you sound like the guy they push around, they cant just tell you to buy the game and you listen. Stand up for yourself. Also my friends told me to buy Skate 3, I SAID no cause im not into skating so he didn't bother and they told me to buy Max Payne 3 and I know it's a good game but I couldn't buy it at that time. Be STRICT with them and say your saying up for something you need

That's happened to me once, wouldn't say I was forced to but was persuaded into buying it and it was shockingly bad

I have never been "fourced" to buy a game.. I have been peer pressured into it, and I dont regret it at all.
