Bro, your server design is trash, you'r not going to have anything decent if you bribe players into paying for Donor status. ive run now 3 servers, built 4 from the ground up, and much more, heres my tips to give to your owner,

take nicknames out of donor perks, its not professional to give players any name they want, instead replace it with name colors, but removing black from the list.

dont give donors diamonds, if someone donates to the server, it should be because they like it, not because they get OP shit.

if you give all donors such good gear then your server will have no economy, and if a player is allowed so many TPs then theres no player interaction and everyone stays in their base and just tps to where they need to go.

overall, a cliche starting out server, you need more of a base before you start expecting anything in the way of players.

Thank you for being somewhat considerate. Please don't tell me what is professional and unprofessional, i will do as i please it is my server not yours, if you don't like it thats cool, EVERYONE has different opinions and there is no right or wrong way to run a minecraft server, that is the whole point of minecraft is that there is no right or wrong way to do things. Thanks for the input though.

I joined his server, and begun farming endermen. I checked the rules beforehand, nothing against it in there.

He TP's to me, and demands that I stop, just as I type "It's not in the rules" he removes the blocks around me and the endermen swarm me, when I asked for the return of my xp and items, he grudgingly returned my items.

I asked again for my xp, and he banned me.

At this point, I used approx 43 alts messing with this terribad server
