Conspiracy- a secret plan by a group to do something unlawful or harmful.

There is no problem with the president saying that. He would be right. He probably didn't want to use that word.

I think people have a false interpretation of what a conspiracy is.

When most people hear conspiracy they automatically put the government at fault for what happened.

If you mean the U.S. government planned them, that's a different story.

And there's a human flaw that is prevalent in all people, overconfidence. You said "the bostson marathon was in fact a set up." you don't know.
