so somebody has been deranking me and this is the 13th time it has happened in the last 6 months or so, it also locks most of my weapons and perks. I cant seem to find a menu that works so if anyone can get me a menu that I can level myself back up with, that would be awesome. But if anyone knows how I can stop this from happening again without getting a new account, that would be even better. Thanks!
