Yeah mate i always get them too, The two i get is Deadshot and PhD(On Buried)

Persistent perk called super revive. You get 4 free perks from the ghosts after you've already bought 4 perks. Once you have 4 perks, you get 3 free perks to have all 7,and the 4th free perk gives you an invisible perk which is the new persistent perk. It only works in solo I believe and you keep all perks except quick revive when going down.

Alright thanks man, I have seen other people get it in a game with me though, they also got it in my game, not in solo
