possibly the disk might be scratched or how are you hot swapping are you swapping before you click install or when the install starts not sure if that makes a difference but might never know

Is the hotswap installed correctly?

Maybe it's dirty - try cleaning it.

i just made the disk mate and swapping then i install or play

Bad disc if made self you've probably corrupted it ... just make new one if don't want waste discs delete everything get new iso and mods and make sure do everything correct !!! Need further help just message.

there was script and script network file only and got it from se7vensins

but the thing is i tried a disk that works and it didnt work but when i just use orignal disk it works

does it go blank n disc unreadable , you got have wrong region code lol is it pal iso ? if not going into the loading atall then just get new everything trust me new clean iso and new mods.

just downloaded buffetings menu and disk does the same stays blank screen and stops spinning fast
