how do i get the new maps and stuff by downloading someones profile wh has them i really need to know please tell me

Here are the steps:
1.)Recover their account
2.)Go to "Account" on the far right, press "A"
3.)Hit "A" on licence transfer. Hit "A" again.
4.)Go to download history and download the DLC you want
5.)Enjoy
