I know it used to be S&D in other CoDs, but I don't know what is the best now. Any suggestions?

I would always play Kill Confirmed and get a lot of XP. Atleast 10k every game, even if you don't do that well.

Depending on what game your on about. I'd say Headquarters or Hardpoint.

Kill confirmed for points and demolition for kills
